Entities on a Plane

Hello,

I am having a very basic question of CAD system.

For example, I have selected a plane which neither of the Front, Top nor Right plane.

This plane is in world co-ordinates system. Can I assume that all the entities of this plane will have at least one co-ordinate (Either of X, Y or Z) fix.
