Error 0x00000009 on Creo 2.0

Hey guys, I'm trying to use Creo 2.0 but I'm getting this error 0x00000009 even before doing anything. Is there a way out/ to deal with the error?

    在控制面板里面右击质量控制选择修复。我是这样修复的，你可以试试。

    What 国静 税 is trying to say is navigate to Add or Remove Programs in control panel. Scroll down to PTC Quality Agent, right click it and click repair. Then relaunch Creo. It worked for me, should work for you.
