Exception EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION has occurred in the thread 8836.

Good morning,

 

I am experiencing this fatal error with CREO Parametric 5.0.0.0 when trying to plot a drawing.

Do you have any suggestion how to solve it?

For something like this you would need to open a case with tech support.
