How to disable "PTC - Creo Parametric - Start" tab in Creo 3.0?

how do I disable the Tab which displays the webpage http://www.ptc.com/community/creo3/parametric/ ?
Is there a configuration option?

Yes, it can be turned off with a configuration option. Here are the options that control these startup tabs:
enable_3dmodelspace_browser_tab no
enable_partcommunity_tab no
enable_resource_browser_tab no
web_browser_homepage about:blank
