Menu Mapper

How come the Menu Mapper doesn't work anymore? Or is it just me?? When I try, I get this message: Document Not Found

    I'm guessing it's web-based now. So even though you start from the Help Center, it takes you to the web eventually. So it might be your connection or a browser setting.
