Ordinate dimension's problem not resolve in creo 5.0

Hello,  from creo 4 in drawing when use ordinate dimension  zero and another dimension are in the same position with only one clic, with simple Drawing this is good but with complex the disorder and confusion is very common. Ptc delete the possibility of chose the position of dimensions. There is an option that return as creo 3 with clic, move and clic for position?  I try creo 5.0 but the problem is the same.
