PTC investment in CAD and PLM vs. thingworx, going forward?

I listened to PTC's conference call as well as the announcement of the introduction of outside leadership for the CAD and PLM business.

It sounds like PTC is adjusting R&D investments rather substantially, including layoffs in the CAD and PLM segments?

Really? That doesn’t sound like good news to us CAD and PLM customers.  I presume our maintenance costs will go down as a result.
