Pro/E Starts Slowly

Greetings...

On some machines, Pro/E seems to start very quickly. On ours, however, it seems agonizingly slow. For example, it may take as long as 45 - 60 seconds before it starts and is ready for the user. I am aware of all of the "usual suspects" and this problem appears on workstations that have local installations, local configuration files, no mapped drives (related to Pro/E), etc. This is also on decent hardware (for example, Intel Core 2 Extreme, Quad-Core 3.0 GHz, 12MB L2 Cache, 4GB RAM, 10K SATA Disk, etc.).

Any suggestions on how to get Pro/Eto start faster orthings I may be missing?

Thanks in advance...
