Robo-Copy problem

We are doing some rehosting, testing for an OS upgrade, and are running into a problem.

Robo-Copy works great on everything except the Windchill load point directory.

The admin shut off all the Windchill services, but Robo-Copy isn't copying everything to the new location. Random files are missing.

Any ideas?

    Evidently this is not a Robo-Copy problem. The source system is on 2003. When you ask for the size of the Windchill folder it tells us 25gb.

    After using Robo-Copy to move it to our 2008 system, it says the folder size is 23gb.

    As a sanity check the admin zipped up the folder on the 2003 system and unzipped it on the 2008 system.

    The 2008 system still says 23gb

    Any ideas why the discrepancy?
