SCN#

I'm not sure if the student account has a SCN #.  This number is usually to confirm that a user has paid maintenance and access to Tech Support.  For your student account you may want to contact support here:

You can ask this question to IT department at your university. Upon purchase of the software they had to receive the warrant about shipment (which called "shipment info").
