SUMMARY: Reporting a quantity in a note

A lot of people wish this was possible, however nobody that replied has been
able to make it work. It seems that I should be able to get this
information somehow.

    Just want to bump this thread, in the off chance that someone has found a way to make this happen with subsequent releases of Pro. I'm not holding my breath however, as I do not believe PTC has given us any tools to assist with this.

    I asked about this maybe 12-13 years ago, no dice. The problem is the part may be present in any number of assemblies, how do you track the quantity in all of them?
