Hi all, Just a question did you allready have problem like us ? We are client of PTC for about 10 years We want to level our oldest fixed licences (which have an maintenance program at 4000$ to a FAP products which have a maintenance program about 2500$) But as Small Factory, we need to pay to have a downgrade and the maintenance program at 4000$ don't gives more possibilities than paying more and more than the FAP version. We do not have more upgrade program in thoses twice products !!! And by other ways I saw, that FAP maintenance is about 1500$ (22/3/03) at PTC. So Why do we pay twice upper for the same product ? Conclusion : Nice to be old client!!!
