My first time posting. I hope this is the right forum.
Can somebody help me how to sketch below spiral?
Any formula associate with this?

If anybody that have the model with this spiral shape, it would be
wonderful if you can share it with me.

    This one worked. Do you know if you can start t at something other than
    0?

    No, t is the 'domain' of the function, and varies from 0 to 1. You
    could always offset from t by adding a constant to your desired value.

    For example:

    r=t+.3 (Now r would vary smoothly from 0+.3 to 1.0+.3)
