We are negotiating with PTC for our software maintenance. Fun Fun Fun.
If you are willing and or permitted to share the following information, I will add it to a summary and repost it for all our sites to reference.
I will not post or forward anyones email on this matter, as it may be a problem for some. I fact after extracting the info for the survey I promise to promptly delete your reply and post only the "sanitized" responses to the following survey questions.
