Tapered Extrusion

Hello,

Just looking for advice on how to make a tapered solid extrusion. Such as an oval shape that tapers down to an oval shape of the same width,but shorter length over say a 4" distance.

    The blend tool can make this. It's under 'insert' on the top toolbar on WF 3, you can make the ovals what ever shape you want and choose a distance between
