Unused Paramter will not delete

I have a Part parameter that will not delete.
History;
I use a UDF to place a steel stamp on the model
The text in the steel stamp extracts PROE_FILE_NAME and other parameters
All works fine no prob there.
But for testing reasons I want to remove all part parameters and relations.
I delete the UDF feature and all parameters and relations
Two Part Parameters remain and will not delete
Any advice?
