Updating Projects

It doesn't appear that it's possible to just update a specific file shared to a project. It appears that update does all the out of date objects in the project.

Anyone know of a way to just update one object in a project?

    The simplest way I have found is to red line all items on the update
    collector and then remove the red lining from the one you want to update.
