Working Directory

I can change my working directory, but every time I re-open ProE it changes back to the default location. How do I change and save the working directory location?

    In config.pro (Tools > Option) you have to set file_open_default_folder to working_directory.

    You need to point your ProE shortcut to the start folder of your choice.

    Right-click the shortcut that starts ProE and select PROPERTIES.

    Enter the path to your desired location In the START IN box.

    Proe will start from this location henceforth. (A good place for your config files to reside)

    This won't necessarily be your working directory but will now replace the default folder with your choice.
