Use "the most fabulous" Fill feature if it's a planar hole?

If it's not really planar but almost planar then you might want to modify the hole so that it will be planar.

It's no where near planar, I got though with some accuracy adjusting.

You will have to go through some different trim methods for that edge. This one is driving me crazy as well.
