creo shows circles and stripes in 3D model

Does anybody have this problem?

Can i fix it?

Looks to me like the case of overlaping surfaces. When you have 2 surfaces that are parallel with tiny distance between them or they lie on same plane software dunno which to show "on top" so you get that crapy image. Seems you have one brown and one white surface there.

I only have the model and that white surfice is background of creo.

I only have this problem when i am in schech or extrude.

You have a decal applied. The Graphics card is unable to determine which surface should be in front because the values are identical. If you don't want to see this: create a new surface .001 inches (or metric equivalent) above the model surface and apply the decal to that.
