Answer:  In the current and most recent package configurations it is.  However, there are older packages that this is not included in.  In that case you could upgrade your packages or simply add the Flexible Modeling Extension to one of your old packages.

Answer:  In the case of moving the rib at the angle, you would easily show the dim for the flex move feature (the 11 degree dim).

Answer:  It updates automatically.

Answer:  Yes, in the use case that you add Flex Features and then include and exclude those features in different simp rep combinations to control the display of them.
