We are using CreoView Java Toolkit to embed the CreoView into our own Java Swing application. Here we encounter a problem and hope somebody can help us.
In our application when closing the CrewView window, some time it will throw out a com.ptc.pview.utils.dom.CollectionLostException which is said that the connection to actor id1lost.
The error only occurs if we register a ShapeSceneObserver to the CreoView ShapeScene. In the ShapeSceneObserver we just print out some message to console when the status updated. It seems that the exception was thrown out randomly and it always happened when we close and open the CreoView window serveral times.
We are using Creo View 2.0 Lite M010.
