Creating datum on the surface of a hole.

This may be crazy easy to do I just couldn't figure it out. I'm trying to place a datum on the inside surface of a hole. I am working with GD&T and trying to create a perpendicularity constraint referenceing the datum C which like is said is the inside surface of the hole.

You edit the properties of the datum axis and use In Dim to select the dimension to attach to.

Didn't mean to submit this before I attached a .jpg for an example. The red leader with the C in the box is what I want....I just did that in paint to show what I want to do in Pro/E
