Creating datum on the surface of a hole.

This may be crazy easy to do I just couldn't figure it out. I'm trying to place a datum on the inside surface of a hole. I am working with GD&T and trying to create a perpendicularity constraint referenceing the datum C which like is said is the inside surface of the hole.

Didn't mean to submit this before I attached a .jpg for an example. The red leader with the C in the box is what I want....I just did that in paint to show what I want to do in Pro/E
