Custom Ui dialogs are raised deactivated.

I am using Creo Parametric Release 8.0 and Datecode8.0.3.0

Custom Ui dialogs are raised but are not active until user presses mouse button on them. This issue does not happen with 8.0.2.0 but happens with 8.0.3.0 and 8.0.4.0

    This issue was reported as SPR and has been fixed.

    @Mahesh_Sharma,

    That link does not work, even if dropping the period on the end.
