Fatal error while launching CREO

Hi,

 

I get fatal error while launching CREO.  I have attached the screen grab below. It runs fine when i 1st run my Auxiliary application. But when i close CREO and launch it again, i get this fatal Error. Some one please help me with this.

Hi,

I guess that the problem is caused by contents of Creo4_x64_tkSynctemplate_DLL directory. Try starting Creo from different directory.

Also you can try renaming PTC subdirectory in %APPDATA% directory.

i tried starting creo from different location but when i try to start .dat file, it gives fatal error.

(i changed one of the properties ie, start in was C:\Users\Public\Documents , i removed it). I have attached the screen grab.

Hi,

if

Creo starts when protk.dat is not available

-and-

Creo crashes when protk.dat is available

then problem is cause by your auxiliary application. In this case I cannot help you ... I am sorry. You have to contact PTC Support.
