Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error
Hi, when starting up Creo Elements/Direct Modeling Express 4.0 (the free download) an error message is produced in a windows message box. The error message is as follows;
Runtime error!
Program: C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo El...
The application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.
I am unable to contact the application's support team as I need a PTC account and which involves a payment of some sort. The software is a free download so I don't think contacting the support team is the way to get a fix for this problem. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem?
