Outdated mass properties

Hello, I received a message in German saying that the mass properties are outdated.

In subsequent processes, I always receive a similar message.

Can someone explain how to fix this?

Is it possible that some configuration has changed and can no longer be used?

I dont want just to hide the notification.
The Startparts are created in Creo 10.0.3.0 and am still using it.

I activated the mass_property_calculate and changed but its not solving the issue.

Hi,

please read https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS256878 document.

If you can upload your model I will be able to investigate it.

Hi,

did you set mass_property_calculate AUTOMATIC ?

Can you upload some problematic part?

Hello,

thank you for the answer.
Yes, I did, but now I am getting the Message (translated from German):
The modelscene contains a roomenvironment, that is no longer supported. For this reason, Creo has updated the scene to a supported environment. The model must be save again, to avoid this message in the future.

I have saved the empty model and opened it again as template. It's not working. I am still getting the Message about the Environment.

Their solution did half-work on my issue. Now I am getting a different notification (translated from German):

The modelscene contains a roomenvironment, that is no longer supported. For this reason, Creo has updated the scene to a supported environment. The model must be save again, to avoid this message in the future.

I have saved the empty model and opened it again as template. It's not working. I am still getting the Message about the Environment.
