Question
Pro/Tk Error at Launch: No Execute Permission
I just spoke to a system administrator who can't get one of my Pro/Toolkit
applications to launch. His protk.dat file is correct, and the
application
has the license lock removed. However, he sees this message when starting
the application:
Pro/TOOLKIT registry file C:\ptc\proe\raytheon\apps\protk.dat:
cannot spawn application 'Dwg Mgr 1.5'; no execute permission
He did confirm that Windows had the appropriate read and execute
permissions.
Has anyone seen this message before? Is there an easy fix?
