Has anyone elsegotten anerror when exiting from ProductView Lite, when opened from a Windchill browser window? On a few of our non-ProE user's machines, an MS error is thrown that "productview.exe has encountered a problemand needs to close", when clicking on the 'X' to close the window. When closing the window from the File menu, Exit Productview, an MS Visual C++ Runtime errorR6025 pure virtual function call error gets thrown. If I save the .pvs file to the local hard drive and open it, there are no errors.
Windchill 9.1 M060, ProductView Lite on Dell LatitudeE65510 and E6520 laptops, with integrated graphics, IE 8, XP SP3
I have a call open with PTC, but it got turned over to development and haven't heard back from them for a few days.
