Text attached to Geometric tolerance

Hi all,

Would someone please help me to read the text attached to geometric tolerane using Creo API like j-link?

Text can be written from geometric tolerance of annotation but geometric tolerance cannot be detected by API.

I tried reading note, dimension and symbol function of API but none of them worked and I'm completely stuck.
