otk_java folder have no library files

Hello, I have installed Creo 8 and choose to also install the c++ and java toolkit. When the installation is done, when I go to:  

 C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 8.0.1.0\Common Files\otk\otk_java, I dont have the library files, I have only the  otk_java_examples ,which have all the example files.

 But for  the c++ toolkit folder, C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 8.0.1.0\Common Files\otk\otk_cpp, I have all the library file and code examples..

Did I miss a step for the Java toolkit installation ??

If by the Java library files, you mean the otk.jar file, it is located at ../Common Files/text/java/otk.jar. The pfcasync.jar file is in that same folder.
