How to use sheet in the Creo element/direct Modelling?

That is a verry general question which is not easy to answer.

The best is to try first.

Work through the Quick Start Project and then ask specific questions if you have any.

How to use Create Flat in the Dep View when using Annotation?

This command use for sheet metal.

I have the Sheet Metal module loaded in modeling.

I select Sheet Metal to access those tools.

I find different methods to unfold or create a flat pattern in there.

What is the minimum thickness for sheet metal?

Can I avoid relieve for the sheet metal?

The bend sheet metal cannot unfold.
