Text Favorites for Dimensions and NOTES

Have ability to have favorites to add text after dimensions and ability to store typical text NOTES without constantly typing them

To add/modify the prefix of a dimension, type in the command line:

EDIT_DIM_PREFIX Spec_chars_browser ADD_DIM_PREFIX Dim_fixes 1 0

To add/modify the postfix of a dimension, type in the command line:

EDIT_DIM_POSTFIX Spec_chars_browser ADD_DIM_PREFIX Dim_fixes 2 0

To add/modify the superfix of a dimension, type in the command line:

EDIT_DIM_POSTFIX Spec_chars_browser ADD_DIM_SUPERFIX Dim_fixes 4 0

To add/modify the subfix of a dimension, type in the command line:

EDIT_DIM_POSTFIX Spec_chars_browser ADD_DIM_SUBFIX Dim_fixes 5 0

With these tables, notes can be stored.
