Hi, I moved a few licenses between computers. One of the licenses appears to be "good", but anytime I use it the log indicates it is time limited... After 2 hours, the driver does indeed stop.
Is there anything I can do to enable this activation if it is not in an active support contract?
The other licenses moved without issue.
The original computer was KepServerEX 6.9 and the new computer is 6.10. Are licenses tied to Kep versions?

The Modbus TCP/IP suite requires a support contract renewal as the license eligibility was valid only up to version 6.5. To use the suite with version 6.10, a support contract renewal is necessary. Upon review, it appears that one renewal was previously processed, but it was valid only until July 2021.
To proceed, I recommend opening a support case with us. We will escalate the ticket to our renewals team, who will assist further with the renewal process.
