Bacnet Child-Tags not auto-generated

OB_7461026_0-1714997190799.pngThe Screenshot is from "Yabe" and here i can see the values of the childs (e.g. Device 2006 - 2). In the KepserverEX (6.9.584.0) I am only able to autgenerate the items for Device 2002, all others (childs) are not generated. Any idea  ?

Hello,

 

Please stop the Kepserverex runtime service from services, it might be the reason we not able to make any change.
Clients are applications making requests of devices through the server. Disabling the devices will not stop Client applications from making requests of the devices.

You can see the number Clients connected to the server by the number indicated at the bottom right of the KEPServerEX Configuration.  In your scenario, you would need to identify which Client application(s) are making requests of the channel in question and stop the requests to the server before performing the ATG.
Another solution would be to create a new Channel/Device and perform the ATG. Then copy and paste the new device under the old Channel.  NOTE - Having multiple devices configured under a singular channel presents other issues like expected latency.  It is recommended to have only one device per channel for communication optimization.
