Connection kepware to thingworx

Error message is "Connection to ThingWorx failed. Platform = 168.131.31.193:80/Thingworx/WS, error = could not initialize a secure socket connection."

 

In thin situation, What can i do?

And, I want to know whether data is connected to kepware or not.

When I see Channel1.Device1._System,  I think data is incoming to kepware but value don't change.

And, when I see JNU_ENV_SVR.GW01, all value is 0.

I don't know this is connecting to kepserver well.
