DDE Client to read,write data from Excel FOR ThingWorx kepware Server 6.14

I am trying to read,write data from EXCEL to kepserver by using DDE client.  But I am getting communication quality as bad. I have made Run time process mode as "Interactive". when I am trying to connect runtime the below error is showing

"Configuration Connection attempt to runtime failed. | User = 'LAPTOP\PRASANTH KP', Reason = 'The specified account does not exist.'."
