Error code 10061 on two devices via modbus gateway.

Hello PTC Community ,

 

Error description : Socket error occurred when connecting :  | Error 10061 , Details = No connection could be made because the target device has actively refused it.

 

Can anyone shed light on what's happening ? 

Kepware Server version : 6.15
