Failed to obtain valid CLSID for server "kepserverex.v6"

Hello,

I am new to Kepserver. Unfortunately, I switched the runtime from Service to Interactive mode in KepserverEx. Now I have changed it back to Service mode, but the DCOM settings are gone and I can't see the tags in Quick Client. However, the connection between Kepserver and Thingworx seems to be good, as I can see the realtime values in Thingworx.

Experts, please help me solve this issue.

The toggling of the process mode will reset the DCOM settings to default. Here is a link to the page in the manual that covers the setting and the expected reset behavior:

Since the Quick Client makes an OPC DA connection you will need to reconfigure the DCOM for the connection to succeed.
