From where to download Thingworx Industrial Gateway (KEPserver) and Licensing

Hi Team,

 

We have Thingworx Licence but we are not able to find in download option list (support.ptc.com - PTC Software Download) for - Thingworx Industrial Gateway (KEPserver).

from where can we get License version of  Thingworx Industrial Gateway (KEPserver) ?

whether do we need to get separate license for the same ?

Dhiraj Patil​: You can check out details about Kepware under How to buy section. There are different options available and you can reach out to the contact listed on the site for more details.

Cant we have option to get KEPserver from existing Thingworx License products option (PTC Software Download) ?

Dhiraj Patil​: No currently, Kepware products are not been listed under PTC Software Download page. So, you can go to https://my.kepware.com/mykepware/  and create a My Kepware account. It allows you to download any Kepware software through that landing page. Note this also require you to go through the process for licensing as well.
