I can't access my tags in KEPServer EX 6 Quick Client Window

It appears empty and even when I tried manually adding the tags it gave me an error message. I tried stopping the runtime and restarting since it is the trial version to see if it would fix the issue but it did not. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to connect FACTORY IO to CODESYS.

Hello,

A validation error generally means there is a syntax error that needs to be cleared; otherwise, Kepware can’t add this to runtime. This was the reason you were unable to see it in Quick Client, as it was not added to runtime.

Below are things you can check to make it work:

1. Check the tag address syntax as per the driver help file.
2. Some tags are “Read Only” and cannot be set to “Read/Write” access.
3. The tag address may have been modified later, so please verify.
