Hello, community. I’m experiencing an issue while transferring a KepserverEx 5.3 license on an offline computer. When I try to 'Transfer a Product Activation' using the License Utility, I receive the following error: 'Virtual Machine Detected: Transfers Disabled.'
Has anyone encountered this before? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time!

Hi, I followed the process, but when attempting to update, I received the following message: "You're attempting to update your software to a version not covered under your current subscription license."
Is there another way to transfer the license? I noticed in the article that this process applies to versions 5.4.131.0 to 5.7.84.0, while I have version 5.3.156.0.
