KEPSERVEREX 6.16 failed to automatically tag generate(ODBC client)

when I used KEPSERVEREX 6.16 for customer First it failed to automatically tag generate device (ODBC client), than I search in the community, follow the instruction, change settings about runtime process from system service to interactive mode; it can generate the tags of ODBC client. Second I see the service of windows no runtime service, then when windows lock or log off the system automatically it will kill the application but not the service of windows, So are there any solutions to solve it?

The issue has been resolved that you should use the 32bit odbc driver for the connection. Remember it! Don't use the 64bit of odbc driver.

BTW remember use the system DSN to configure.

Can KEPSERVEREX run a windows service in the interactive mode or KEPSERVER can use ODBC client generate tags in windows service as runtime?
