KEPServerEX OPC UA authentication using certificates

I have read a post on this forum where someone said that certificate authentication is not supported. I could not find any release notes regarding an update to this and still am unable to connect to KEPServerEX using trusted certificates. Is there any plan on implementing this feature? I am running KEPServerEX 6.13.266.0 on a Windows machine.

Hello Stepan,

Yes, KEPServerEX and ThingWorx Kepware Server do not support user authentication via certificates for OPC UA.

X.509 User Authentication is possible using UA Gateway plug in available from version 6.14 onwards in ThingWorx Kepware Server.
