KEPServerEX for Windows Server 2022

Existing : KEPServerEX 5.20.396 which is installed in 2 no’s of STG Servers running Windows 7 OS Machines. We are going to upgrade the two STG Server machines from Windows 7 to Windows Server 2022.

IS it necessary to upgrade the KEPServerEX 5.20.396 version for both the machines or the same existing will support Windows Server 2022.

If we want to upgrade which is the Suitable version for Windows Server 2022 and how much it cost for the KEPServer version upgrade along with the permanent license.

Based on the information available, KEPServerEX 5.20.396 may not be officially supported on Windows Server 2022. It is generally recommended to upgrade to a newer version to ensure compatibility and optimal performance.

KEPServerEX 6.12.325.0 is the first officially supported version compatible with Windows Server 2022, but KEPServerEX can be upgraded to v6.12.325 and above. Please check your license eligibility and upgrade the KEPServerEX to a newer version.

Regarding the cost of upgrading, if you have a current Support & Maintenance Agreement, you can upgrade licensed products at no additional cost. If you do not have this agreement, you may need to renew the license ID.
