KepServerEX; Unable to load driver DLL siemens_s7_plus_ethernet

Hello,

 

I have some problem with use of driver for siemens PLC on KepServerEx v6.

The server is unable to load the driver with this log message:

"Unable to load driver DLL 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Kepware\KEPServerEX 6\drivers\siemens_s7_plus_ethernet.dll'."

There is already a topic on the PTC support page but it's not enough precise for me (https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS370652).

I uninstalled then installed the driver but it's always NG. The dll file is of course in the good directory.

Has anyone ever had the problem? 

 

OS: windows 7 SP1

KepServerEx: v6.13.250.0

siemens_s7_plus_ethernet.dll: v6.13.250.0
