Im having issues trying to communicate KepServerex V5 5.13 with BACnet server Automated Logic WebCTRL. The server have some HVAC, eletrical and Diesel equipments, but some of these devices are listed on ARCnet network. They dont have IP Address, or MAC Address that i can read, they have their Network Number, 1 MAC Address digit and their Device instance.
I managed to connect some devices to Arcnet, but these devices are listed under Routers that are configured as BBMD Devices, and the other devices listed in other ARCnet networks, i can't link or manage their communication in KepServer BACnet/IP driver.
Configuration for ARCnet devices that are communicating:
Kepserver device ID: <network number listed in WebCTRL device> . <device instance listed in WebCTRL>.
Kepserver discovery scope: Using Who-Is/I-Am - Remote Scope.
Kepserver COV: Do not use COV.
Error messages:
- Error reading tag '<tag_address>' on device '<device_path>' (Class: 1 (Object), Code: 31 (Unknown object)).
- Connection failed - did not get i-Am from remote device '<device_path>'.
- Device '<device_path>' with ID <network ID> . <device instance> is not responding.
