KepserverEX OPC UA Trusted Client is expired

my KepserverEX lincense is valid but OPC UA trusted Client is expired.
gone to the Instance Certificates of OPC UA Configuration Manager and tried to Reissue Certificate in Client Driver.

Now I am not able to see  URI in Trusted Client.

How to renew Client Driver?
