I work with Howmet Aerospace, and we recently activated a couple of Kepware licenses for a couple of interface machines. Unfortunately, the local support mistakenly wiped those machines and repurposed them, thinking they weren't in use or something. So, we lost those Kepware licenses and cannot access the machines to transfer the licenses. I still have the request and response files from when we activated the licenses last, if that helps.
I don't know exactly how to put in a support ticket. I tried to navigate the site on my own and create one, but I kept getting stuck. If you need more info from me on our product information, I can gladly give whatever you need.
