Not all SNMP device tags are working on new system

We are doing a migration from one server to a new server and are adding the SNMP devices to the new server.  We are licensed for 1-15 Kepware SNMP devices and only have 9 devices.  Only on one devices appears to be working properly.  a few tags on other devices work but most do not.

Why is this?
